Her experience was the catalyst to open Chroma Hair Gallery. Carmela understands the importance of having every client feel relaxed and pampered while spending time in her salon.

Karlie Lanza | Stylist / Make-Up Artist

Assistant Manager

Karlie has over 7 years of experience as a professional stylist. She collaborated with Carmela to brand our trendy, boutique style salon. Karlie is the perfect stylist for that make-over you’ve been thinking about.

Karlie is a thoughtful listener and considers lifestyle, face shape and texture of hair to create your own personalized style. Karlie's signature brush set blow dry is the perfect  finishing touch to any cut, color or customized services including hotheads extensions.  She is also a certified Brazilian Blowout specialist.

As a make up artist, Karlie has worked backstage along top designers. Her work has also been featured in several Bridal magazines and websites. Her ability to translate runway to everyday is unparallel. Karlie's flare for fashion and love for styling allows her to create a complete look for any bride.

Jason Joseph | Stylist / Bridal Expert

 Jason Joseph Cancellation Policy 

Due to limited availability and schedule complexities we will be enforcing a cancelation policy as of June 1, 2013 for Jason's clients. If you cancel an appointment for with Jason within less than 72 hours (or 3 days) before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

• Services of $100 or more will be charged 50% of their total scheduled service as fee for cancelation.
• Services under $100 will be charged for the FULL scheduled service as fee for cancelation.

In cases of emergency, we will still uphold this policy. NO EXCEPTIONS. We kindly ask that you be aware of your appointment and take extra measures to ensure a timely arrival upon your appointment day. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

After 5 years at Chroma and almost 15 years in the business, Jason's next big project takes him to NYC, where he will be styling hair on Broadway. Please contact the salon for his availability.

A Boston native, Jason is our award winning senior stylist with more than a decade of experience working with thousands of clients and all hair types.  His exceptional color work with Blondes is the perfect accent to the outstanding cut you will receive when Jason works with you.  If you are searching for a new  look, an up-do for any occasion, natural looking hotheads extensions, or to change the texture of your hair using Brazilian Blowout or perming - Jason is the best man. His exceptional work with brides, regionally, nationally and world wide, has led him to be recognized as the bridal specialist. Some of his favorite destination weddings include Key West, Playa Del Carmen, Florida, Bahamas and the Coast of Maine.

Jason has been featured on-air with several Local networks including NBC's 10! SHOW. He was the personal stylist to the cast of The Real World: Philadelphia in which he also appeared.

Libby Hitt |  Stylist / Mens Specialist

Libby has joined the Chroma team bringing with her over 12 years of experience and world wide talent.  All the way from Nebraska, she is excited about East Coast trends! She has mastered cutting and st lying short hair as well as all mens cutting techniques.

Along with the entire team at Chroma, Libby provides color, highlighting and is a certified Brazilian Blowout specialist. She continues to educated herself and is hotheads extensions certified. All which keeps her ahead of the latest trends, styles and beyond. She has traveled to Europe and back finding a home in Philadelphia.  Ladies and gentlemen: The Best from the Midwest... Libby Hitt!

Yvette Wilson | Sr. Salon Assistant / Creative Consultant

Yvette "Vettie" Wilson truly enjoys her time at the salon- on the floor or in the chair. As a much-loved client turned "common-sense" assistant, Vettie knows first hand how to make you feel at home when entering the salon. Her down-to-earth energy lets you laugh and chat about almost anything. Her passion for fashion and admiration of make-up makes her a good fit for the salon. And that's not all! This girl is one sharp cookie. With a B.A. in Advertising Communications from Temple University, Yvette is always open to sharing her tricks of the trade to help reinforce Chroma's continual success on and off-line.

David Koneski | Color Expert / Bridal Designer

With 10 years of experience under his belt, David feels at home behind the chair. So it comes as no surprise to know he owned a salon for 9 years! David is inspiring and charming as can be. Thoughtful and a good listener, David aims to be your next best girlfriend.... who also happens to be a wizard at the color wheel.

David is confident in his abilities and loves a good challenge. Whether it's a new hairstyle or total makeover, David will go above and beyond to make you feel beautiful inside and out. Do you have frizzy, unruly, curly, or damaged hair? Then you will be glad to know that David is certified in Hot Heads Extensions and Brazilian Blowout. Remember, your secrets are always safe with him.

Chino "Chi Chi" Lanza

Chi Chi is a hot four legged blonde who loves attention. He's not your average Chihuahua. You can find him at the salon wednesday- Saturday where he is always looking to make new friends. He's never met a lap he didn't like!
